In an effort to keep our data as fresh as possible, your listing(s) will  remain in our system up to one year, then we evaluate if the property is a candidate for removal.

You are always welcome to remove your listing at any time as you see fit from your dashboard.

We do our best to keep our information as relevant as possible, so listings over one year old are researched and if found inactive / abandoned / sold, they are purged from the site.

Currently yes. There are a multitude of sites for residential real estate, so we prefer to focus on the commercial side of real estate.

Our data comes from our uses, so it’s only as accurate as their information. We do our best to spot errors and notify users of potential mistakes, however we cannot make any claims as to the accuracy of the information listed within this site.

Note, we DO NOT scrape data from any other commercial real estate sites or guides. Our information is 100% user submitted and public domain.

If you feel any of our listings could potentially be from a competitor’s site, notify us immediately, and we will review / remove the listing in question.

Rest assured, that your information and your data is safe, as we employed industry standard 256-bit level SSL encryption on all transactions.

We also regularly perform security sweeps to ensure that all documents on our site are clean and free from viruses or malware.

Absolutely. We employ multiple security measures to scan uploaded documents and files in our system daily.

Featured listings are more prominently displayed in various locations throughout the website, including the homepage.
Standard listings only appear in the search results.

Your listing will continue to display on the site for the remainder of your billing cycle. For example, if you cancel your listing on the 15th of the month, your listing will remain active until the end of the month.

Payments auto-renew at the beginning of the month. If your payment is declined, paypal will attempt to submit payment a second time. If that fails, your listing will be on hold until payment can be processed.
